 Here is my interview with Chase Livingston and Anne Jackson, two of the participants in the 2010 Ride Well tour. They help explain what the Ride Well tour is all about and why they wanted to be involved.

The Ride:Well Tour
The Ride:Well Tour (R:WT) is a cross-country cycling campaign to provide Blood:Water Mission (B:WM) supporters an epic opportunity to help bring clean blood and water initiatives to Africa while growing in understanding of themselves, their faith, and their role in a global society. The tour provides Blood:Water Mission advocates an epic opportunity to bicycle “the distance” and raise funds, support, and awareness that will be used to empower communities in Africa to work together against the water and HIV/AIDS crises. The Ride:Well tour is powered by Venture Expeditions, a non-profit organization that utilizes adventure travel to raise funds and awareness for humanitarian projects around the world.
Blood:Water Mission
Blood:Water Mission is a grassroots organization that empowers communities to work together against the HIV/AIDS and water crisis. It's core purpose is to build community through creative social action.
Blood:Water Mission is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded by the members of the multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning band, Jars of Clay, to address the HIV/AIDS crisis in Africa.
Blood:Water Mission exists to promote clean blood and clean water efforts in Africa, tangibly reducing the impact of the HIV/AIDS pandemic while addressing the underlying issues of poverty, injustice and oppression. Blood:Water Mission is building clean water wells, supporting medical facilities, and focusing on community and worldview transformation, both here in America and in Africa. Nashville Fusion 2010

Here is my interview with Heather Karls for the annual Nashville Fusion event!

Fusion 10 - April 10th @ The Cannery

Fusion 10, a Nashville-based music and arts festival, will once again be hitting the Nashville scene in an effort to raise support for the Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation. With over 1000 people attending each year, Fusion is the largest Young Adult Cancer Awareness event in the country.
Entering its sixth consecutive year, the multi-faceted event will be held on Saturday, April 10th, 2010 in Nashville’s Gulch community at The Cannery Ballroom (One Cannery Row). 
Having formed a reputation among young professionals in the Nashville community as a SOLD OUT event, Fusion 10 will not disappoint. This year’s event will feature over 150 visual, film and musical artists, from fashion designers, photographers and videographers to painters, sculptors and musicians. With live performances by renowned Nashville musicians and fierce new fashions from Nashville’s local designers competing to be NASHVILLE’S NEXT DESIGN STAR, Fusion 10 is sure to delight the senses.
